DHULIKHEL: Following the interference by the locals of Dhulikhel, the administration of Kathmandu University (KU) on Friday decided to shut down the university for 25 days.

Dhulikhel locals have been protesting for fulfillment of their demands like providing employment, scholarship for local students and management of the university canteen. The university earlier postponed the pre-scheduled exams owing to the protests.
