PATHLAIYA : Secretary of Bara’s Nijgadh VDC Arbind Kumar Raut died mysteriously last night. Raut, who had left for Kalaiya, the district headquarters of Bara, was found dead at Dankan Hospital in Raxaul, India. Office assistant Bishnulal Shrestha and peon Dambar Neupane had reached the hospital when an unknown person informed that Raut was undergoing treatment there. They found Raut dead in the hospital.
