NA to hold seminar KATHMANDU: Nepali Army is all set for a seminar on civil-military relations on September 22 and 23 at the NA headquarters, Bhadrakali. The seminar is said to bridge the gap in between the military and the civilians . Working papers on aspects of civil-military relations will be presented. Acting Prime Minister Bijaya Kumar Gachhadar will inaugurate the seminar on Tuesday. Ministers, diplomats, heads of constitutional bodies and leaders of political parties among others will attend the seminar. — HNS
