SC writ on incentive Kathmandu: The Supreme Court on Tuesday issued show cause notices to the government demanding explanation for its recent move to provide Rs 50,000 to single women who re-marry. A single bench of Justice Khil Raj Regmi issued the order following the hearing. The bench has given a 15-day ultimatum to the PM's office, the Cabinet and the Ministry of Finance to furnish an explanation as to why such a policy was adopted.
