KATHMANDU: The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on Thursday said it was regrettable of the political parties not to be able to forge consensus. The statements encouraging violence and activities destabilising the society will affect protection of human rights and rule of law, it said, urging the parties to seek an outlet through consensus.
