BIRATNAGAR: Deputy Prime Minister Bijaya Kumar Gachhadar said that the Constituent Assembly (CA) chairman should hear the voice of the majority to resolve the political stalemate. Speaking to media persons at the Biratnagar airport, the DPM said that the CA chairman had respected the voice of the minority but now he should hear the majority. He said that the Legislature-Parliament should be resumed at any cost and the budget of the fiscal year 2009/10 would be passed from the House. He further informed that the minority could not hold the majority hostage anywhere else in the world. The DPM urged the Maoists to demonstrate the democratic culture. He added that the main opposition's role should be a democratic one.
