LONDON: Luke Wright, the all-rounder currently on tour with England in South Africa, has signed a new three-year deal with Sussex. Wright, 24, joined the south coast county from Leicestershire as an 18-year-old and has since established himself as one of English cricket's brightest prospects. "The contract extension is exciting for me and I want to be a big part of a bright future for the club," he said. "I love playing for Sussex and the county have been great in helping me achieve my goal of playing for England." Sussex coach Mark Robinson said: "Luke is one of the most exciting young players in the country and we're delighted that he has committed to the club for the immediate future."
