BIRGUNJ: An Indian national was killed while another was injured when their rickshaw was hit by a tractor in Birgunj on Tuesday evening. According to the police Mahamad Sakhir, 35, died on the spot while Arun Kumar of Rakshaul, India was severely injured in the accident. The duo was heading to Birgunj from Rakshaul, India on a rickshaw when the accident occurred. However, an eye witness said that Sakhir fell to the ground when the rickshaw was hit by a motorcycle and the tractor plying nearby ran over him. The police have detained the tractor driver along with his vehicle while the motorcycle rider is still at large.
