Hot hair
We all enjoy hot and spicy meals, but did you know that chilli powder does not only enhance the flavour of your dish but is also a hidden beauty ingredient?
During seasonal changes our body slowly acclimatises to the weather changes. In doing so our system reacts differently and as part of our system our hair faces changes too. Some of us lose hair while other suffers
from texture changes of hair.
Take some chilli powder and mix it with coconut oil to form a consistency. Then apply the mixture across your hair gently massaging your scalp. Once you’re done applying the mixture let it sit for 30 mins to an hour depending the amount of time you have available. Then wash your hair. Though this is a great tip for hair growth, make sure you don’t get the mixture in sensitive areas like your eyes and stop using it if your scalp faces sensitivity beyond mild tingling. Try this simple tip during the weekends and say hello to tiny baby hair in no time!
