“The Himalayan Times” (THT) is one of Nepal’s most valuable, loved, respected and trusted Brands. In addition to being Nepal’s largest circulated English daily newspaper, it has also built and maintained an extremely loyal readership base spread across all sections of the society. More than an entire generation of Nepalese have grown up with THT and our endeavor is to continue to nurture this relationship.

The Himalayan Times BRANDFest is a challenging, stimulating and entertaining Brand workshop, where panels of international and local experts share their experience and knowledge on Branding and all things that go into the building of a powerful Brand.

There are two key words on which the whole BRANDFest will be based, "Entertaining" and "Educative". This unique event will showcase core branding and marketing concepts. Over two days, 7th & 8th December 2018 at Soaltee Crowne Plaza, Kathmandu, participants will be exposed to the concept, theory and live examples and applications in Branding.

The 2017 edition of The Himalayan Times 4th BRANDFest had more than 200 participants experiencing first hand insights, talks and workshop from renowned Brand Experts from Singapore, India, South Africa, and Sweden namely Mr. Fredrik Härén, Mr. Colvyn Harris, Mr. Tay Guan Hin, Mr. Anthony Lopez, Mr. Rohan Routroy, Ms. Anisha Motwani and Ms. Michele Anne Venter-Davies.

The 4th BRANDFest was hosted for two days by Cyrus Broacha, a TV anchor, theater personality, comedian, political satirist, columnist, podcaster and author. He is also a prankster, best known for his show Bakra on MTV.
