KATHMANDU: In a bid to minimise the incidences of early malnutrition in the country, ‘Generation Nutrition (GN) Campaign’ was launched recently. The global campaign is being led by Action Contre La Faim (ACF) Nepal in the country, as per a statement issued on Thursday. ACF Nepal Country Director Martin Rosselot stressed on the need to conduct various programmes from the policy to the community level to minimise the incidences of early malnutrition that afflicts 11 per cent of children under the age of five. Over 40 organisations will conduct various programmes under the coordination of ACF Nepal to bring down incidences of early malnutrition to five per cent.
