KATHMANDU: Zing - World of Flavours restaurant at Hyatt Place Kathmandu has announced an event promoting Lucknowi food celebrity chef Meraj Ul Haque.
The 'Andaz E Awadh' food festival at the hotel will feature signature dishes such as Murgh Kesari Biryani, Burani Raita, Mughlai Paratha, Gosht Taar Korma, and many more, along with live authentic performances.
The Andaz E Awadh food promotion event will take place at Zing - World of Flavours till May 6, as per a press statement.
The event takes place from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Customers can enjoy a range of dishes from the Lucknowi cuisine, including Chef Haque's signature Murgh Kesari Biryani and Shahi Galawat Kebab.
