ILAM: Agriculture Development Bank Limited here said loan recovery rate of the bank has gone up after the government decided to waive up to Rs 30,000 agricultural loan and interest on loan up to Rs 100,000. In the last fiscal, the bank invested Rs 74.7 million and recovered Rs 85.93 million, according to bank manager Bhim Prasad Pokharel. The loan recovery increased by nearly 20 per cent after the government scheme. The bank has 400 green card holding good debtors in the district.
