NBI urges peace

KATHMANDU: Leading industrialists and businessmen have launched a National Business Initiative (NBI), incorporating 13 leading business organisations including FNCCI, NCC, HAN, FWEAN, NPDA, FNTE, NNMC, NEFEA, APHIN and FNCSI, with a view to contributing in restoring peace by bringing the warring factions to a negotiation table. It also aims to create conducive environment for a sustainable settlement of the conflict. Talk programme held

KATHMANDU: Apex College organised a talk programme on managing change here on Friday. On the occasion, Prof Dr Niren Vyas, professor of Emeritus University of South Carolina Aiken, former dean of the Business School, Fulbright senior scholar and researcher said that to understand change, one must constantly scan both the external and internal environment.
