Bullion price goes up

KATHMANDU: Price of the precious yellow metal in the domestic market rose by Rs 150 during the weekly trading. Gold was traded at Rs 10,120 per 10 gram on Friday, the closing day of the week. It, however, has opened on Sunday with the price tag of Rs 9970 per 10 gram. The price of silver also registered a rise and traded at Rs 180.50 on Friday, from the opening price of Rs 176.50. — HNS

Crude prices increase

NEW YORK: Crude futures rose to a two-week high as traders worried that petrol demand would outpace supply during peak demand time this summer. On the New York Mercantile Exchange, oil futures for June delivery rose to $54.20 a barrel on Thursday. — HNS
