Blood donation

KATHMANDU: Samul Saving and Credit Cooperative Ltd of Chabahil organized a blood donation programme to mark its first aniversary on Saturday. Around 52 people donated blood. The cooperative has more than 500 members from Chabahil area and its vicinity.

Samaritan Bigmart

KATHMANDU: Bigmart, a shop at NLIC City Center in Kamal Pokhari, and City Center on Saturday helped 70 children aged between five to 15 years, who suffer from muscular dystrophy. The two business organizations provided Rs 10,000 for a health camp. Ina separate gesture, Bigmart distributed gift hampers to the children.
