BoAN in Pokhara

KATHMANDU: Bank of Asia Nepal (BoAN) on Monday inaugurated its 16th branch office at Pokhara. According to a press statement, the bank has registered a deposit of Rs 7.6 billion and credit flow of Rs 6.87 billion. It plans to

open branch offices at Samakhushi, Bouddha and Baghbazar on Wednesday. — HNS

Arniko rights shares

KATHMANDU: Arniko Development Bank is issuing 1:2.764 rights shares, it announced at its third annual general meeting. The bank has posted an operating profit of Rs 5 million in the year 2008-09. The authorised capital of the bank is Rs 640 million and paid up capital is Rs 102 million, said the bank. — HNS

KDB’s second ATM

KATHMANDU: Kasthamandap Development Bank (KDB) has started its ATM service at its Gongabu branch office from Monday. This is the second ATM of the bank which has a total deposit of Rs 1.48 billion by the end of third quarter of this fiscal year.
