Global gets Sebon nod

KATHMANDU: Securities Board of Nepal (Sebon) has permitted Global Bank Ltd to float its 30,00,000-unit shares at a face value of Rs 100 each to the public. “NIDC Capital Market is the issue manager of the bank,” states a press release. — HNS
