New chairman at LBL

KATHMANDU: Rajendra Kumar Khetan has been unanimously

elected chairman of Laxmi Bank Ltd (LBL) during the 74th board meeting held recently. Khetan is the chairman of Khetan Group, which is one of the leading industrial and trading houses in Nepal. He is the chairman of Everest Insurance Co Ltd, Prime Life Insurance Ltd and Gorkha Brewery Pvt Ltd, states a press release. Khetan is also the Honourary Consul of Portugal. — HNS
