ICC Nepal chapter

KATHMANDU: The National Committee of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) has been formally established in Nepal. While inaugurating the national committee of ICC on Thursday, finance minister Dr Ram Sharan Mahat, emphasised on prioritising to exports for a prosperous country. He urged the entrepreneurs to take their products to international markets. Established in 1919, ICC is globally recognised international private sector organisation with its headquarters in Paris and presence in 148 member countries, said Rajesh Kazi Shrestha, president of ICC Nepal Chapter. ICC has also formed two panels on trade arbitration and banking, Shrestha said. — HNS

AGARTALA: Tour operators of India and Bangladesh have decided to promote bilateral regional tourism and cultural exchanges, especially.
