UTL slashes tariffs

KATHMANDU: Effective from November 1, UTL has slashed its STd tariff and users can make calls to any district within a zone for Rs 1 per minute round the clock, states a press release. Similarly tariff for inter-zone STD calls has also been reduced by upto 20 per cent. “The new tariff is indictive in per minute basis. However, the customer will be charged on pulse basis, pulse rate being Rs 2 per pulse,” adds the release. — HNS
