KATHMANDU: The newly appointed Chairman of Civil Bank Ltd, Ambir Bogati has taken the oath from Governor Chiranjibi Nepal at Nepal Rastra Bank. Bogati has been actively involved with the bank since its commencement and has served as the director from the inception of the bank, as per a media release.

Similarly, Srijana Shakya Tamang has joined the board as director in place of Bogati.

The bank’s Acting Chief Executive Officer Govinda Gurung has stated that under the new leadership, the bank will improve the work culture and provide the best financial results to its shareholders. The bank is holding its sixth AGM on May 18.
