KATHMANDU: As part of its expansion, Civil Bank had opened a new branch in Golbazaar of Siraha district.

Golbazaar Municipality’s Mayor Devnath Sah, Chairperson of Federation of Nepalese Journalists Ram Babu Yadav, Police Inspector Nabin Ghimire and Chief of Province 2 Deepak Kumar Shrestha were the chief guests of the inauguration ceremony that was participated by the bank’s staffers, business persons, among others, as per a media release.

Separately, Civil Bank has signed a memorandum of understanding with Hospital for Advanced Medicine and Surgery (HAMS) Hospital, under which the staffers of the bank will receive attractive discounts when receiving medical treatment at the hospital.

Civil Bank’s Deputy CEO Sunil Pokharel and HAMS Hospital’s Chairperson R S Bhandari inked the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
