KATHMANDU: The 10th regional final of Real School of Nepal (RSoN) 2017 has successfully ended for the Far Western Region-Dhangadi on Tuesday.

The regional champion for the Far Western Region-Dhangadi was Stepping Stone English School and the participating students were Samiksha Malla, Nibedika Subba, Devendra Thapa, Gyanesh Balayar, Dinesh Dudha and Prabin Chaudhari, as per a media release.

They will participate in the grand finale to become the Real School of Nepal 2017 in Kathmandu. The winners for senior category were Malla for ‘Extempore’, Subba for ‘Dance’ and Thapa for ‘Football Juggling’.

In the junior category, Shahil Ayer from Mayur English Boarding High School bagged the award for ‘Painting’, Balayar from Stepping Stone English School for ‘3 Minutes to Fame’ and Birendra Sharma from Jyoti English Boarding School for ‘Score the Real Goal’. Scholarships of Rs 25,000 for two needy and talented students were given to Hari Lal Bhatta andKriti Lama (a boy and a girl).

The 11th regional final will be held in Mid Far Western Region-Nepalgunj on August 3.
