KATHMANDU: Global IME Bank (GIMEB) organised an interaction programme in London on facility to open foreign currency account and potential for foreign investment in Nepal on Monday.

GIMEB's Chairperson and Senior Vice-President of Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) Chandra Prasad Dhakal apprised the initiatives taken by the bank to support the Nepal Rastra Bank in its efforts to prop up the country's depleting foreign exchange reserves, as per a press statement.

He also shared the various attractive features of opening a foreign currency account in Nepal.

The programme was jointly organised by GIMEB Representative Office UK and Srijansil Leicester Nepal.
