The price of gold in the domestic market increased by Rs 1,400 per tola on Monday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is being traded at Rs 169,600 per tola, up from Rs 168,200 per tola on Sunday.
Similarly, the price of silver also saw an increase, rising by Rs 15 per tola. Silver is now being traded at Rs 1,975 per tola, compared to Rs 1,960 per tola on Sunday.
