Gulf Air has announced birthday gift for its passengers on the occasion of the airline’s 55 birth day this month. For a 55-day long period starting from today till 30th April, members of the Gulf Air Frequent flyer programme, travelling in either First or Business Class, will receive five times the normal number of bonus miles, states a press release issued here today. Louise Robertson, Gulf Air’s manager - loyalty programmes, said that full fare first class and business

class passengers will receive a 1000 and 500 per cent bonus respectively if they book and travel during a 55 day period. “Gulf Air officially celebrates its 55th birthday on March 24, but as this is such a landmark birthday we wanted to share the occasion with our customers over a longer period,” he said.
