KATHMANDU: Himalaya Airlines (H9) will serve daily direct flights to Doha, Qatar, starting July 11 to cater the increasing demand of passengers to the destination. The airline will maintain the current flight timing, that is, departing from Kathmandu at 2300 hours (local time), and landing at 0130 hours (local time) in Doha, as per a media release issued on Thursday. Similarly, the return flight will depart at 0230 hours from Doha and land in Kathmandu at 1015 hours the next day. The airline will make all efforts to maintain on time departure of its flights. The airline’s new Airbus 320-214 is currently flying to Doha thrice a week: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays since May 31 marking it as the first scheduled destination. The aircraft passenger cabin is configured with 150 economy- and eight business-class seats.
