MANGALBARE: Siddhithumka Festival will be held for the first time in Siddhithumka VDC of Ilam district from November 20. CA chairman Subhas Nembang will inaugurate the three-day festival aimed at luring 5,000 internal and foreign tourists. Organizers said villagers in adjoining villages will accommodate the visitors. Local productions and cultural items and events would be displayed during the festival. The organizers have received Rs 777,000 from different sources including NTB, DDC and VDC.
