BoK’s new branch

KATHMANDU: Bank of Kathmandu Ltd (BoK) on Sunday inaugurated its branch office at Gyaneshwor. With the initiation of this branch, BoK provides services from 31 different places with 25 branches and six ATM counters. The bank has 17 ATM counters, said a press statements. — HNS

PDB to increase capital

KATHMANDU: Public Development Bank (PDB) is going to increase its paid up capital from to Rs 90 million from mid-March. Currently, the bank has Rs 60 million paid up capital. It plans to increase its paid up capital to Rs 150 million within this fiscal year along with public issue of Rs 60 million. NIDC Capital Market has been approved as its issue manager, said a release. It has received a net profit of Rs 14.81 million. — HNS
