iPhone users can subscribe to 4G

Kathmandu, February 7

The newly-launched 4G or Long Term Evolution (LTE) service of Nepal Telecom (NT) can now be enabled in all iPhone handsets above 5 series available in the Nepali market.

Issuing a press statement, NT said that customers can from now on subscribe to 4G service in all aforementioned series of iPhone as its parent company Apple has released Beta Version technology for the sets available in Nepal.

Due to lack of such version in iPhones available in Nepal, a number of iPhone users were deprived of 4G service. NT had then requested Apple to introduce the feature in its mobile phones in Nepal.
