Jacob’s Creek brings Moscato range

Kathmandu, January 28

Jacob’s Creek has launched a contemporary Moscato range in Nepal to leverage momentum in the trend towards light and refreshing sweeter style wines.

The Jacob’s Creek Moscato range is fresh and easy-drinking in style, showing natural fruit sweetness, a touch of spritz and a crisp and refreshing finish, as per a statement issued today.

The range consists of still and sparkling wines, of which the still is now available in Nepal. The sparkling will be launched later this year.

“Jacob’s Creek wines are known for their true varietal expression. Our Moscato is made from the highly aromatic Muscat grape varieties which boast lovely tropical fruit and floral aromas, making it very appealing as delicately sweet and delicious wine,” the statement quotes Jacob’s Creek White and Sparkling Winemaker Rebekah Richardson as saying.

“As a bit of a twist, we make Jacob’s Creek Moscato with a touch of spritz because it balances the natural sweetness and enhances the vibrancy on the palate, although it is so delicate that some may not even notice.”

The new Jacob’s Creek Classic Moscato are available for Rs 1,100.
