Month-long Pokhara trade fair from Nov 26

KATHMANDU: The Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) and Pokhara Chamber of Commerce and Industry will hold Pokhara National Industrial Trade Fair from November 26.

Speaking at a press meet, FNCCI vice-president Krishna Prasad Tamrakar said that this year too along with the coordination of government and members of FNCCI, there will be around 30-65 trade fairs amongst which the Pokhara National Industrial Fair 2066 will be the main one. Tamrakar also urged for support from the government level for the construction of exhibition halls with international level facilities in all five development regions.

Pokhara National Industrial Trade Fair will be held from November 26 to December 6 with all national industrial, agricultural products, handicrafts products, information technology, educational , health and tourism related products. It will have 271 stalls and the organisers expect visitor turnout of two lakh people. Internal tourists arriving at the fair will get hotel bookings and discounts.
