Kathmandu, November 4:
National Tea and Coffee Development Board (NTCDB) has fixed the minimum price of coffee for the fiscal 2006-07.
A meeting of the price fixation committee under the convenorship of Ishu Shankar Shrestha, officiating executive director of the board, fixed the price of A grade dry cherry coffee at Rs 75 per kg, B grade coffee at Rs 55 and C grade coffee at Rs 30 per kg.
The meeting also fixed Rs 25 per kg for the fresh cherry coffee with 56 per cent standard of the pulped oily parchment.
Likewise, the board has also fixed Rs 130 for the parchment coffee with 12 per cent moisture.
