Kathmandu, October 31:

A delegation of Nepal Bankers’ Association (NBA) led by its president, Radesh Pant, handed over a cheque of Rs 20,000,00, to the Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala at the latter’s office today, states a press release issued here today by the NBA.

“The amount would be used for the flood victims of Western Nepal,” the release adds. Recently lots of property was damaged by the floods in the Western Nepal.

During the cheque handing over ceremony, finance minister Dr Ram Sharan Mahat, chief secretary Bhoj Raj Ghimire and NBA executive members were also present.
