NBI to host seminar
KATHMANDU: National Banking Institute (NBI) is organising a national-level ‘Risk Management Seminar 2016’ on May 4. The main objective of the seminar is to share information about how to address the various burgeoning risks being witnessed in the financial sector in the recent years,” as per a statement issued on Thursday. The keynote speakers at the seminar include Maha Prasad Adhikari, former deputy governor of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB); Uday Bhaskar Vemuri, chief of risk management division of Standard Chartered Bank in India and Bhisma Raj Dhungana, head of Foreign Exchange Management Department at NRB. There will also be a number of panel discussions at the seminar.
