KATHMANDU: National Banking Institute (NBI) has organised ‘Human Capital Conference’ here, which was jointly inaugurated by Ajay Shrestha, chairman of NBI and Chandra P Shrimali, chairman of HRM area at Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon.

During the conference seasoned speakers Deodutta Kurane, group president of Human Capital Management at Yes Bank, Chandra P Shrimali of MDI Gurgaon, Aquil Busrai, CEO of Aquil Busrai Consulting and Sujeev Shakya, CEO of Beed Investment gave presentations on topics pertaining to strategic leadership intervention in human capital development and challenges of HRM, as per a statement.

The event was participated by over 150 individuals comprising of senior banking professionals and HR officials representing other industries.
