KATHMANDU: Nepal Telecom (NT) has signed an agreement with Analysys Mason Ltd of United Kingdom to provide consultancy service to NT to acquire a strategic partner.

The agreement paper was signed by Managing Director of NT Kamani Rajbhandari and Rohan Dhamija, partner head of India and South Asia of Analysys Mason Ltd. According to Nepal Telecom, Analysys Mason Ltd will now be responsible to carry due diligence audit (DDA) of Nepal Telecom and offer consultancy services on all procedures of Nepal Telecom to bring its strategic partner.
