KATHMANDU: Nepal Life and General Insurance Company (NLGIC) has entered into 20th year from Thursday. Established in 1988, NLGIC is the first Nepali public limited company in life and general insurance sector. NLGIC claims that it has given 800 times profit to its sharehol-ders. Om Singh, chairman of NLGIC said that it gave 100 per cent bonus share last year. It sold premium worth Rs 200 million in ge-neral and Rs 360 million in life insurance last year.
