KATHMANDU: Nepal Life Insurance Co (NLIC) has successfully organised ‘Branch Managers Conference and Agency Facilitation Programme 2019’ in Pokhara.

The outstanding agents, agency managers, and other staffers were felicitated during the four-day event that concluded on Tuesday, as per a press release. Apart from various motivational and entertaining programmes, the company’s future strategies were also developed during the event.

Among the agency managers, Nirmala Khatri of Birtamode branch bagged the top ‘Agency Manager of the Year’ award and cash prize of Rs 333,000. Durga Kumari Khatri of Baneshwor branch secured second position and received cash prize of

Rs 180,000, while Bednarayan Godar stood third and won Rs 100,000. Similarly, Achyut Poudel of Baneshwor branch won ‘Agent of the Year’ award and cash prize of Rs 333,000; Pramila Basnet of Birtamode branch won Rs 180,000 for coming second and Nain Bahadur Khatri from Budanilkantha branch won Rs 100,000 for standing third.

Amendra Kumar Karna from Birtamode branch won ‘Best Performance of the Year’ and Regional Manager of Eastern Region Tika Dutta Pyakurel secured ‘Best Regional Manager of the Year’ awards.
