KATHMANDU: NMB Bank has launched its home loan campaign with a low interest rate of 6.66 per cent per annum. The low interest rate coupled with the repayment tenure of 25 years and ease of processing makes it one of the most attractive home loan packages currently being offered by commercial banks, as per a statement issued on Monday. “The loan is available for land purchase, construction and purchase of apartments through all of the bank’s 69 branches.”
