Over 145 motorcycles sold at X-change Mela

Kathmandu, March 5:

Hansaraj Hulaschand and Company Pvt (HHCPL) has sold over 145 Bajaj motorcycles, worth Rs 1,10,000 each on the second day of Bajaj Maha Exchange Mela (BMEM) which is on till March 6 at Bhrikuti Mandap Exhibition road, Ramailo Mela ground, Kathmandu.

Raju Chhetri, senior manager at HHCPL, informed The Himalayan Times, the fair that is focusing on reconditioned bikes, has been able to attract a very large number of customers. The target of HHCPL, according to Chhetri, was to log a sale of 200-Bajaj motorcycles. It is still possible to exceed the target on the last day of the fair, Chetri feels. He also informed that there are 11 motor exchange companies available on the mela ground for the convenience of users.

The fair has been useful for customers wherein exchange companies and financing organisations have been brought together under a single roof. It has been also been helpful for these companies who have been dealing with the sale of motorcycles, to boost their business.
