Property expo to start on Friday
Kathmandu, April 4
The Nepal Land and Housing Developers’ Association (NLHDA), in association with Department of Urban Development and Building Construction, and Kathmandu Valley Development Authority, is going to organise Property Expo-2017 from April 7 to 10 in the Capital.
The organisers have said the expo will showcase earthquake resilient housings and apartments, land panning based on the new rules of the government, construction materials, furniture, engineering services, and loan and insurance products of banks and insurance companies through 120 stalls.
Various companies have planned to launch their products during the expo. The expo will conclude with the Housing Summit, with participation of various stakeholders of land and housing development sector.
Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, UNHABITAT, Society of Consulting Architectural and Engineering Firms-Nepal, Regional and Urban Planners’ Society of Nepal and Society of Nepalese Architects will participate in the expo, which is scheduled to be inaugurated by President Bidhya Devi Bhandari, according NLHDA.
