KATHMANDU: The sixth regional final of Real School of Nepal 2016 has successfully ended for the central region on Thursday. The regional champion for the central region (Narayanghat) is Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya and the participating students are Sushma Adhikari, Sophiya Dallakoti, Manish Chaudhari, Shishir Shrestha, Kritagya Thapa and Buddhiman Gurung, as per a press statement. They will participate in the grand finale to become the Real School of Nepal 2016 in Kathmandu. Also, the winners for senior category include Sajita Neupane from Narayani English Public HS School for ‘Extempore’, Samikshya Shrestha from Small Heaven Model School for ‘Dance’ and Aakash Ale from Sunrise English School for ‘Football Juggling’. In the junior category, Kritagya Thapa from Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya was the winner for ‘Painting’, Shishir Shrestha from Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya for ‘3 Minutes to Fame’ and Yogesh Gurung from Small Heaven Model School for ‘Score the Real Goal’. The seventh regional final for western region will be held in Pokhara on July 22. As continuity from last year, scholarships worth Rs 25,000 for two needy and talented students were handed over to Dipal Adhikari and Sweta Thapa.
