Area Post Office, Butwal has collected a revenue of Rs 2.442 million in total in the fiscal year 2004-05. The collected amount, according to the post office, is more by Rs 4,492 in comparison to the previous fiscal year. “The revenue was collected from the sale of stamps, distribution of post boxes and other postal activities.” Laxman Panthi at the Area Post Office, Butwal, said that the revenue collection in the recent time is satisfactory.
