Lack of infrastructure is a major impediment in South Asia, said the ADB in a brief presentation to the finance ministers of the region during ITS Annual Meeting in Madrid. In the presentation, ADB underscored the importance of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in closing the infrastructure gaps.
