KATHMANDU:

The fourth annual general meeting of Sanima Bikas Bank has decided to distribute 1:1 rights shares to its shareholders. The bank posted a total deposit of Rs 3.69 billion during the first four months of this fiscal year and provided Rs 2.63 billion loan, said a press release. It plans to extend its service outside Kathmandu valley soon. — HNS
