KATHMANDU: Shivam Cements has appointed Sajan Devkota as the chief executive officer of the company.

Devkota has an experience of 22 years with different national and multinational companies like Nestle India, Nepal Lever, Varun Beverages, Nebico Biscuits and Chaudhary Group, as per a statement issued by the company. He has experience in the field of administration and management. Similarly, he has been associated with Shivam Cements for the past four years.

The company said that it believes it will be able to reach greater heights in the cement and clinker industry under Devkota’s leadership. Devkota’s tenure as the CEO will commence from March 15 as announced during the company’s 51st Board of Directors’ meeting.
