Sipradi CSR initiative

KATHMANDU: Shree Kupkanya Secondary School, which was recently reconstructed, was handed over by Tata Trust and Sipradian Sahayata Sanstha, a CSR wing of Sipradi Trading.

The newly reconstructed school was inaugurated by former prime minister and Co-chair of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal.

As part of its ‘Nepal Earthquake Rehabilitation Initiative’, TATA Trust in partnership with Sipradian Sahayata Sanstha has helped in the reconstruction of seven different schools that were destroyed by the April 25, 2015 earthquake, as per a media release.

Shree Kupkanya Secondary School was reconstructed with a modern layout resistant to earthquakes and designed with disabled-friendly facilities in Sindhupalchowk.
