Sunrise Developers Pvt Ltd, a planned housing developer, has recently unveiled its new undertaking, Sunrise Towers.

Sunrise Towers, a maiden project of its kind, is the first high rise building in Kathmandu conceived with an aim to conserve ground space, states a press release issued today.

“The project that boats of ground plus 12 apartment complex with all safety standards of fire and earthquake resistance, is an iconic milestone in urban development in the country,” said Sumit Kumar Agrawal, chairman of Sunrise Developers.

Situated at Dhobighat area in close vicinity of the Ring Road, Sunrise Towers is claimed to have taken living to new standards, amenities and aesthetics. Ample green space, emergency backup power supply, round the clock security and elevators are some of the features of this project, adds the release. Our first project Sunrise Homes with a total 250,000 sq-ft area with various facilities was a complete sell out and together with the current project of 300,000 sq-ft area will make Sunrise Developers one of the largest house providers in the country, stated Agrawal.
